In 2021, talk show host/comedian/enthusiastic fly fisher Jimmy Kimmel reached out to me for some fish paintings. He was about to open his own fishing lodge in Idaho called the South Fork Lodge with the world-renown fishing guide Oliver White. I was honored to help out!

The lodge itself sits on the Snake River, amazing fly fishing country full of rainbow, brown and of course cutthroat trout. They asked me to paint one of each. The cutthroat sits in their main lodge, the other two are in guest rooms.

Commissions like these are extra fun as I both get to help complete someone’s vision of a space AND imagine myself teleporting to new fishing spots. (I AM VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO A VISIT ASAP!)
